Peter Lehmann mentored countless people over his 50-year career and this wine is named in his honour. This limited release Mentor Cabernet Sauvignon is made as the best expression of their Barossa Cabernet of vintage. By drawing fruit from a number of Barossa sub-regions, it displays immense varietal definition with added complexity of fruit from low-yielding old vines matured in French oak barrels.

Bright and deep red, the aroma is abundant in savoury plum, fennel seed and dark chocolate aromas. Mt Difficulty is a boutique winery located in Bannockburn, Central Otago, and was named after the mountain overlooking Felton road and the southern Cromwell basin. As the vineyards are ageing Mt Difficulty are starting to see additional complexity emerging each vintage. Inviting and opulent, the palate is flush with sweet cherry & blueberry, followed by trademark earth & savoury notes and framed by baking spice and fine grained French Oak. The fruit floods through to the finish with a juicy balance, indicating acidity that will keep the wine aging well.

Dow's Fine White ages mainly in wood, gaining a rich golden colour and an intense rich nutty aromatic complexity. A certain amount of wine is not wood-aged and is blended in to add freshness and fruit character. On the palate, balanced and smooth, with excellent acidity and a long finish.
