A subtle pink colour, Cecilia Rosé is a complex but elegant rosé. Dry, crisp and refreshing it shows an array of wild summer fruits, such as ripe strawberries and raspberries. The focused acids lead to a mouthwatering fruit finish. Prosecco, produced near Venice using mostly the Glera grape, is a sparkling wine style enjoying much popularity around the world. This expression offers wild flower aromatics and an attractive, off-dry refreshing mouthful.

Light golden hues and a satisfyingly fragrant bouquet, with a crisp, lively palate of dry, fruity peach and pear characters. Great aperitif.

This semi sweet red wine gains its characteristic rich sparkle through the fermentation achieved with the 'charmat method'. Ruby red in colour. Lambrusco is fresh and fruity, savoury and aromatic, perfect with pizza and other pasta meals.

Fresh, fizzy and fruity, with flavours reminiscent of apple and pear. It has a sweet scent and a soft touch in the mouth and as such, it is perfect as an aperitivo, or for blending in cocktails such as the Aperol Spritz.

The Pelorus is crisp and balanced. The pale straw colour and aromas of ripe citrus hint at its Chardonnay origins. On the nose, a bouquet of apple and lemon complements the aromas of fresh bread, drawn from two years' bottle ageing on lees.
