This pinnacle release Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from the very finest fruit selection and is entirely estate grown and bottled on the Taylor family estate in the Clare Valley, South Australia. Immediately approachable but will cellar well in ideal conditions for up to 20 years from vintage date.

Complex and full bodied, offering tiers of berry, plum and violet characters enhanced by cedary oak and ripe tannins.

Bright violet purple, with good depth. Blackberry and plum fruit flavours dominate upfront. It then leads with some spicy notes of cinnamon and clove.

A full bodied red wine with good balance, rich with berry fruit and chocolatey flavours.
