A tribute to the Barossa's winemaking heritage, Pepperjack is crafted using a blend of traditional techniques and modern flair. Winemaker Richard Mattner - a born-and-bred Barossa local - loves making Pepperjack wines as much as he loves drinking them, especially alongside a great steak. As he says: "Why would I need anything else?" Deep dark red with a vibrant purple rim, the nose bursts with rich aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, mocha, and spice. The palate is plush and layered, delivering concentrated dark fruits, fine tannins, and a soft, lingering finish. Pepperjack Shiraz is a true Barossa classic.

Deep red in colour and coupled by notes of dark fruits, chocolate and liquorice, with charred oak and a long finish. The intense fruit flavours are integrated perfectly, creating an approachable and supple wine that can benefit from cellaring.

The colour is deep with purple hues, and shows aromas of charred spice and plum. The palate is soft and abundant with fruits and fine tannins.

Lush, voluptuous and racy red fruits, keep things spicy with a little Shiraz.

The Seifried Nelson Syrah is a big ripe concentrated wine with rich spicy opulent fruits coming through on the nose. The palate is weighty and generous, showing bay leaf, blackberry & Christmas spice with sizable tannins to frame the wine and coat the mouth after the wine is gone.

The wine has a wonderful aroma displaying dark plum, redcurrant and red cherry fruits along with subtle chocolate and a touch of oak derived spice. The palate is plump & generous with ripe fruit characters of plum, cherry and redcurrant. Mocha coffee and subtle aniseed characters are also present along with vanillan oak to balance the fruit flavours. The wine is medium-bodied with a soft mid-palate & pleasing tannin structure. It is a well balanced wine with great texture, good length and enjoyable fruit flavours on the finish.

This Syrah includes a touch of Viognier, a traditional winemakeing technique in France's Rhone Valley. It introduces a delightful floral aroma and supple texture to Syrah's spicy dark berry flavours.
